By purchasing a Wix template from Collette Collabs, you agree to the following conditions:

 

• License to Use: Templates are licensed for one-time use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own design.

• Customization Rights: You may customize the template to fit your needs, but the original template structure and design elements are copyrighted by Collette Collabs and cannot be resold or used in multiple client projects.

• No Technical Support Included: Purchase of a template does not include additional technical support unless specified. Customization or design assistance may incur additional charges.

• No Refunds: All template sales are final. Due to the digital nature of Wix templates, no refunds will be provided once the template has been accessed or downloaded.

• Template Updates: We may release updates to templates for compatibility with Wix changes, but you are not automatically entitled to receive these updates unless specified.

 

5. Customization of the QuickCounter App

 

QuickCounter allows for customization of text, colors, and animation duration to match your website’s design. You are responsible for ensuring that any customization complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
